Bright Design enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Ultimate Civics, a project of Earth Island Institute. We worked with this non-profit organization that produces educational tools for social justice educators to create and employ a comprehensive branding & messaging package, new website, and updated curricula layout.
Ultimate Civics wanted to emphasize its distinctive commitment to making authentic democracy available to students of all socio-economic backgrounds. The energetic new logo implies diversity, engagement, and enthusiasm. Bright Design created a website and series of social media marketing campaigns that furthered these ideas. User experience was a priority for Ultimate Civics. The website features curricula downloads and an interactive timeline.
In order generate and drive traffic to the site, we updated branding for all of UC’s social media properties, including Facebook and Twitter, and developed new email marketing graphics. After implementing sophisticated analytical tools, we utilized A/B audience testing to determine the most effective methods of outreach and maximize advertising dollars. In 2018, Ultimate Civics Facebook followers increased by 38.5%, and its Twitter audience increased by 46%.
