Serving both home buyers and home builders, Tile & Carpet Store of Durango wanted to step up their presence in the local market. Owners Denny and Kati Cavanaugh hoped to reach a broader base of potential clients while staying within a reasonable advertising budget. Bright Design proposed a new branding package, updated website, and local and social media marketing strategies.

The Cavanaughs also wanted a logo that reflected their heritage. We created an image that incorporated a Celtic knot, but implied mountains, roof tops, and tiles. Tile-shaped business cards accommodate the shape of the logo while reflecting the company’s products.

After creating a website that boasts the company’s commitment to impeccable customer service and helping installers accomplish top quality installation, Bright created a targeted social media campaign utilizing Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing. We implemented A/B audience testing and continued to refine audiences to be sure to maximize advertising dollars and efforts. We also laid out coordinating advertising for the local paper and facilitated radio spots on local stations. The Tile & Carpet Store owners reported that month the website launched, they had their largest month of sales since they bought the store.
